Saturday Morning Zoom Workout for my client in Boston, MA. She took her cell phone and tri-pod to the beach. No mat and a rocky beach didn’t stop her….she found a log and did - and on the log. She is a Rock Star. Working out outside is always harder. Switch it up everyday 👍👍👍
