Our Story

Hello & Welcome to The Glow Flow!

YOGA + HEALTH + BEAUTY

I started my yoga journey as a religious self practice to heal burdens in my life starting in 2012 in Fort Collins, CO, USA. I had an amazing teacher who didn’t speak about what she was doing but underneath her practice she was collaborating a physically intense workout with spirituality. From her classes I received my very first “awakening” experience and I give SO much gratitude to her for changing my life.

Since then I joined a yoga retreat with Brooke Roberts from Yoga Travel Tree on my first trip to Bali, Indonesia. I joined this trip to better understand myself, needs, and personal morality, change direction in my life and connect with like minded people. It was Alexis Novak Yoga from Boulder, Colorado [now in Los Angeles, CA] who first instilled in me the idea of becoming a teacher. From her influence and the influence of my mother Eunah Henning Yoga, who enjoys Ashtanga style yoga, my yoga teaching journey began.

In 2017 I studied under R. Sharath Jois in LA, CA, USA and a few months after headed off to Koh Phangan, Thailand to start my very first 200 Hr. TTC training at Samma Karuna. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to intern there then shortly after, finally teaching at my home school in Koh Phangan for about 6 months! During my studies this is where I discovered the power of meditation!

Before graduating with my first TTC under my belt, I met my now partner, Germes Rebel of Alchemy Sacred Geometry; combining quantum physics with meditation. He not only helped me discover myself through a 7 day Vipassana Retreat in Diphabhavan, Koh Samui, Thailand but through Alchemy Sacred Geometry, as well. He may not consider himself a teacher (I do, lol) but instead he helps people to discover & listen to their inner teacher, or soul.

It is through these people & experiences that have developed my continuing practice/teachings & inspired me to continue reaching for my full potential.

Currently, 2018, I will now be attending my next 300 Hr TTC at Radiantly Alive in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia with some top class teachers from all over the world. How exciting?!

I hope my page inspires others to have a healthy personal balance of material & spiritual life, opening their consciousness, and using their consciousness to be aware & pro-active in helping others in need.
