This past week was a fun one for me as I was able to help a few clients take the next step in their Pilates practice.

This was the first time I’ve been able to witness the leap from one level to the next. From shaky to strong, from uncoordinated to controlled. It was so exciting for everyone!

I’m so grateful that this new method is being well received, and the fact that four people told me last week “I feel so good when I leave!” - that’s just icing on the cake.
