Today we want to take a moment to recognize and thank our incredible office manager for the dedication, organization, and warmth she has brought to our clinic. From keeping our front desk running smoothly to making every patient feel welcomed, her impact has been felt by our entire team and community. We are truly grateful for the role she has played in helping Barker Physical Therapy grow and succeed.

While we are sad to see her go, we are excited for her as she begins a new chapter working with her family business. We wish her nothing but continued success and happiness in this next endeavor.

With her departure, we do have an upcoming opening at our front desk. Her shoes will certainly be hard to fill, but we are looking forward to finding the right person to join our team and continue providing the high level of care and service our patients expect.

Barker PT Clinic is certified to perform work hardening/conditioning in the event of a work injury.

Special thanks to Waupaca Foundry, Advanced Blending Solutions, and KS Large Bore Pistons for allowing me to tour their plants to have a better understanding of job duties and demands.

Our goal is to tour all local industry and to be the leader in full return to work of the injured employee.

Winnie had a rare condition call FCE, basically a piece of cartilage broke from her disc along her spine blocking the blood flow to her spinal cord causing complete paralysis of her hind end. Her owners assisted her for a few long months carrying her to go to the bathroom. She started to slowly improve so we recently tried some dry needling. After a few sessions Winnie is now going up and down stairs, walking in the woods, going to the bathroom independently, and beginning to play fetch!
