✝️ In observance of Good Friday, our building will be CLOSED tomorrow.

Good Friday is a sacred time to remember the incredible love and sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who gave His life for us on the cross. As it says in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son…” This day reminds us of His grace, mercy, and the hope we have through Him.

As we remember His sacrifice, we also hold onto the hope of the resurrection—because Sunday is coming. ❤️

We will resume clinic on Saturday for sick visits between 8-12. If you need assistance, please plan accordingly—we look forward to serving you soon!

Today, The Ark Children’s Clinic proudly celebrates Lunar New Year and Mardi Gras!

We enjoyed delicious homemade King Cake and dressed in the traditional Mardi Gras colors of purple, green, and gold — filling our clinic with joy, sweetness, and celebration. 💜💚💛

It was especially meaningful this year because our favorite Doc is from New Orleans — bringing a little extra Crescent City spirit to the fun!

Here’s to culture, community, and celebrating together! 🎉

❤️ National Wear Red Day ❤️

Today we proudly wore red to raise awareness for congenital heart disease (CHD) and to honor our amazing patients and families living with CHD—especially our sweet patient Levy.

A heartfelt thank you to Marion Nutrition for providing nutrition drinks in support of Levy and all of our heart warriors. Community support like this makes a meaningful difference for our patients and families.

We are grateful to stand beside our CHD families today and every day—wearing red, sharing love, and supporting healthy hearts. ❤️

Our pediatric nurse practitioner truly is the best around! 💙 Dr. Christian, DNP is the one calling parents after hours to check on her “kids,” loving and caring for patients like family, and pouring into the next generation of pediatric nurse practitioners.

We are so proud to congratulate her on the recent nomination for the NAPNAP Blues City Chapter Preceptor of the Year Award. She goes above and beyond in everything she does, and this recognition is so well deserved! 🎉

Good news! Our parking lot is cleared, Hwy 77 is moving well, and we’ll be open regular hours on Tuesday. Please watch for any slick spots—and yes, the X-ray machine will be up and going for any fall-related concerns! 🩻

Today we are overjoyed to celebrate one full year with our sweet and dedicated receptionist, Katerail 💙

Katerail joined our crew during a life-changing season and from day one brought warmth, patience, and a caring spirit to every person who walks through our doors.

Over the past year she has navigated heavy waters with incredible grace and strength — balancing major personal milestones while continuing to show compassion, professionalism, and kindness in every interaction. Her resilience and gentle spirit have been a steady light here at The Ark.

We are truly grateful for her heart for people and the care she shows daily to our patients and team.
