✨ New at the Exhale Therapy and Wellness: Nervous System Resets + Assisted Stretching ✨
I’m excited to share two new offerings I’m bringing into the clinic; both designed to help your body actually relax, reset, and feel supported instead of pushed.
🧠 Nervous System Resets
These sessions focus on calming your nervous system when it’s been stuck in stress, tension, or “go mode.”
Through gentle touch, guided breathing, and slow intentional techniques, we help your body shift out of fight-or-flight and back into rest, repair, and regulation.
Many clients describe this as deeply grounding, soothing, and surprisingly powerful.
🤍 Assisted Stretching
This is not a workout—and it’s not passive massage.
Assisted stretching allows your body to safely release tight muscles and connective tissue while being fully supported.
I guide and support your stretches so you can improve mobility, reduce pain, and feel more open without forcing or straining.
Both services are especially helpful if you’re dealing with:
• chronic stress or burnout.
• muscle tension or stiffness.
• feeling “wired but tired”.
• difficulty relaxing or sleeping.
• wanting to feel more connected to your body.
These sessions are slow, intentional, and customized to you. The goal is not to push through; it’s to listen, soften, and reset.
