Who doesn’t celebrate Christmas in July!!! There was lots of fun activities going on from decorating Christmas treats, tik-tok-toe balloons, a good old snowball fight and so much more. Santa even came in from his vacation to see the residents. A HUGE THANK YOU to McKenna, Kolsyn, Kaydence, Emily, Brielle, Natalya, Elliana, Faith, Bonnie, Charli, Dori, Josiah, and Aryssa. (I heard the younger kids were a blessing picking up all the snowballs to keep the fight going- we appreciate it!!) A shout out to our activities department for working hard on making this fun for all ages and for talking Santa into coming to visit. You girls are definitely on the “good” list. Merry Christmas to all!!! 😊

We had lots of cheeseheads at TMH yesterday. (At TMH that doesn’t mean you are a Packers fan though) Lots of laughs were had. Thanks Bonnie, Erin, Tripp and Tenley for joining in the fun.

Today a practice evacuation drill was conducted at TMH to test emergency preparedness and ensure all staff and residents know how to respond during an evacuation. The drill began at 8:30 am. All residents and staff were evacuated within 16 minutes to our garages across the street. The entire drill lasted 31 minutes from beginning to returning each resident to the facility. The evacuation was a success.

Today the residents made a palm tree.

The residents brought unmatched energy and fierce competition during our volleyball game. I guess all it took was a fly swatter and beach balls for the competition to come out. We saw lots of laughs, smiles and fun during the matches.

Today the Bearcare kids joined the residents for some water fun. The residents did not let anyone outside without getting them wet. They did not hold back from spraying one another. Snowcones were a hit after the water fun. Thank you Bearcare for joining us today.
