Pulmonary Rehab Spotlight

Hi, My name is Keith. I attended Pulmonary Rehabilitation at the recommendation of my Pulmonologist.

The pulmonary rehab program's physical exercises really helped my core, lower body and upper body muscle strength. In turn, my body posture is better which has helped my breath while walking. I also learned diaphragm breathing with allows me to get maximum oxygen into my lungs.

Chris made the sessions fun and educational by challenging me with different exercises. I would recommend her program for anyone with shortness of breath issues.

If there’s ever a question, Katie is already two steps ahead, finding the answer and helping the rest of us stay on track. She’s dependable, easy-going, and incredibly flexible, which makes even the busiest days feel manageable.

Around here, we also like to call her our Schedule Goddess and the true Keeper of the Calendar. With her meticulous attention to detail and her versatile ability to juggle a hundred moving parts, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
