A gathering aimed at promoting mindfulness practices as a means to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is a widely recognized approach that combines mindfulness meditation and yoga to cultivate awareness and reduce stress.

Participants will engage in various mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and discussions facilitated by Palouse Mindfulness (www.palousemindfulness.com).
