I bring my Physical Therapy knowledge and training to assist each individual in their own needs, previous/current injuries and all.
Wednesdays - Root Flow 5:30-6:30pm True Nature Holistic Arts
*this class is designed to target the deep core, pelvic floor, hips and spine. I also incorporate nervous system regulation techniques to create more balance within.
Thursdays - All Levels Yoga 5-5:50pm JALC Logan Fitness
*this class is designed to practice all the foundational poses of yoga along with breathwork to help you feel your best.
