Then write 5 -10 facts you know to be true that combat that idea. Read your list a couple of times, holding them as truth. Then read the initial statement and notice what happened to it."

💯 listen to your body and rest

Your body knows that grind culture is an assault on it. It has wisdom to share but you gotta slow down to receive. I purposely leave space and “holes” in this rest message cuz it’s a spiritual practice and can’t be placed on a neat meme in a bullet point fashion. That’s what you want and that’s not real healing or experimentation. I trust you. I trust my body. I trust your body. I trust divinity.

Rest to connect to what is already known. We Will Rest!

Spirit's message to all of us is to not simply take a break, but to transform the way we interact with the world and live our lives! Our current society thrives on hustle culture and burn-out to keep us from having the energy and wellness to radically change the system in a way that is sustainable for everyone.

We receive this transmission at different points in our lives. Some may call it a quarter- or mid-life crisis. Others may call it a spiritual quest or journey. It may even show up to you as a mental illness or another negatively associated term. These are all symptoms of a cultural dis-ease.

Please take some time in the coming days and weeks to re-evaluate the trajectory of your path. Which parts resonate and which ones are in need of radical change? Can you imagine living without burn-out, and what would need to change in order for that to happen? How can you center heart, health, and care for both yourself and others?

This full supermoon is extra potent and intense! Here is a pick your card reading in case you need some extra support during this time. Take a moment to center your energy by taking a few deep breaths. Select a card and when you are ready, scroll to reveal the card and meaning.
1. Green Moonstone: This full moon is highlighting the areas of your life where you feel insufficient. Perhaps you feel like you should be further along in your life or career than you are and wish that you had more to show for your efforts. The Gratitude card encourages you to redirect your energy to what you do have. In doing so, you will be able to focus on what you want to create more of in your life in the coming months. Cry, scream or stomp your feels out, then take some time to reflect on the positive aspects of your life and how that directly relates to where you want to go from here.

2. Flower Agate: You have felt foggy, uncertain, and perhaps disillusioned by recent events. You are not sure where to go from here and not able to make decisions right now. This card is a sign that it is ok to be confused right now; it is not necessary to take action. Let the fog clear naturally with time. While it may feel unsettling during this time, give yourself a break! Use this time to focus on taking care of yourself. Enjoy all of the cozy comfortable things and know that clarity awaits you.

3. Apatite: One obstacle after another has been showing up for you! It is understandable that you are feeling like giving up! Spirit is nudging you in a slightly different direction. This doesn't mean that you should abandon everything you've been working for, but it might come to you in a different way than what you were expecting. A new beginning is on it's way and it sprouts from a seed planted long ago. Perhaps it has always been in the back your mind and you didn't think it would be possible. Look for new opportunities in the coming months and trust that timing is divine.
