In shamanic living, this is a time of descent, of listening to the roots, of honoring the spirits of decay and transformation. This isn’t just sweater weather, it’s a sacred turning. It’s time to listen deeply, to journey inward, and to honor the spirits of change.

🍁 Shamanic living teaches us to engage directly with the spirits of nature, through experience. Fall is the season of introspection, harvest, and ancestral connection. It’s not about “letting go” in a trendy way, it’s about honoring what dies, what feeds the soil, and what dreams emerge in the dark.
