This is possibly The Coolest Patient Coordinator/Admin Job Ever!

Our Chiropractic office is located in Marion, Iowa.

We are biased — but we are pretty sure we are the coolest place to work for, ever. And we really believe that we are changing the world (you would know what we mean if you ever visited our office! Just check out our reviews ;-)).

The work is fun, fresh and dynamic. You get to witness and assist with some pretty awesome health transformations! You will be working directly with Dr. Schwenn and our entire team.
You will be an integral part of helping families on their health journey and you will experience some pretty amazing things! But if babies and their fluids or smells scare you then you should keep scrolling. Cuz there will likely be some sweet baby snuggles while mamas are getting adjusted

Now, let’s talk about the job requirements:
1. You need to be the type person who gets joy out of getting things done. Every day, you will bang out a list of Fun, Important and Necessary stuff. You will be on the computer A LOT. So, an understanding of social media, email, navigating the web, and other computer based stuff is a must.

2. You will be on the phone a lot. So, you need to enjoy talking with people!

3. You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to other people. You know, someone who feels good by making other people feel good.

Basically, we are looking for another set of hands to help take care of all of the office/admin side while Dr. Schwenn focuses on taking care of patients and Amber coordinates how to share our awesome brand of Chiropractic with the entire community.

And to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?). Our office is casual, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality. (If you’re not early you’re late!)

A few of the boring details, financial and accounting work can be annoying but is a very important part of this job. It is how the office and ultimately you get paid. Experience in this area or being meticulous with numbers is a big plus.

This is an ALMOST full time position with about 34-40 hours per week. If this sounds like you and you have the skills and drive then please do throw your hat in the ring!

If this is a job that gets you so excited that you would even do it for free, we would totally accept that! But if you prefer compensation (and we totally get it…we prefer getting paid as well) this is what we offer:

This is a permanent position

The pay is $16-20 an hour to START and can increase quickly based on performance.

There is definitely room for growth in this position

We are looking for a detailed person, one who is able to follow systems and processes exactly.

We had some in office fun recently and the guesses for how many hair accessories one jar can hold were fun to see! We had a couple guesses that were super low, some that were super high and about 10 people guessed within 15 of the true number. One person stood out though with a guess of 183 - Congrats to Sam K 💜

Actual number of pieces was 185. That's a solid guess! Thank you to everyone who made a guess and if you haven't already, don't forget to thank the hairstylist(s) in your life. They are wonderful people!

FOMO Friday is back! Dr. Schwenn and her family enjoyed a trip to Cabo and even got to spend the night sleeping at O'Hare airport to finish their trip ;) Now that she's back in the office, it's business as usual with adjustments, baby cuddles, checking out the treasure chest and learning how to do a fist bump high five!

And yes, Drago (the turtle) decided he needed to investigate the office this week so he got to check out the office scenery a bit.

Hoppy Wednesday! 🐰As the storms roll in we are thinking about our Easter Egg Hunt from earlier this month and how it was cold, but so much fun! We bundled up and made the most of this Iowa spring weather. From sunshine to winter coats to rain boots, one thing is for sure, the Easter Egg Hunt takes place!

Now, let's talk about bringing back some sunshine ☀
