Around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, the Tigerton Fire Department responded to a structure fire on Cedar Street.

The Petersburgh Fire District made the trip to Marion, WI to complete the final inspection of their new Marion Pumper.

Purpose-built for reliable performance and rapid response, this custom pumper is ready to help the Petersburgh team protect their community when it matters most. It was an honor to build this unit alongside their dedicated crew.

Our team had the pleasure of hosting the New Franken Fire Department for their pre-construction meeting as we kick off their new rescue squad build. These meetings are a crucial step in making sure every detail is just right, so their new unit will serve their firefighters and community for many years to come.

We are deeply saddened by the tragic ambush that took the lives of two brave firefighters and injured another while they were answering the call to protect their community. Our hearts go out to the friends, families, and departments affected by this tragedy.

To all first responders — thank you for your courage and sacrifice. We stand with you.

Two firefighters were killed and one wounded in a prolonged attack near Coeur D’Alene, authorities said. The body of a suspected gunman was later recovered.
