April is Stress Awareness Month—a reminder that stress is a normal part of life, but too much of it can impact your physical and mental health.

Here are a few simple ways to manage stress:
🧘 Take short breaks throughout your day
🌿 Get outside for fresh air and move your body
🌬️ Practice deep breathing or mindfulness
📞 Stay connected with friends and family
😴 Prioritize sleep and healthy routines

Small steps can make a big difference. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health.

Let's talk about mental health—and for many men, that conversation can be especially tough.

According to the Ohio Department of Health’s 2023 Su***de Report, 80% of the 1,777 suicides in Ohio were males. That’s a powerful reminder that we need to break the stigma and make it easier for men to ask for help.

That’s where Man Therapy comes in.

Man Therapy is a free, online resource designed to help men take charge of their mental health in a way that’s approachable, relatable, and even a little humorous. It tackles real issues—like stress, depression, relationships, and suicidal thoughts—while encouraging men to check in on themselves and seek support when they need it.

💬 Take a mental health “checkup”
🛠 Explore tools and coping strategies
🤝 Find resources and support

Visit mantherapy.org to learn more and share it with someone who might need it.

Together with the Crawford-Marion ADAMH Board, we’re working to start the conversation and support the men in our community—because mental health matters for everyone.
