Today was all about organizing, feeding people and making sure that NO ONE goes hungry.

The Davis Country Store & Cafe pulls out all the stops on the daily.

Loves…

I wish I had all the words to express my gratefulness and gratitude and love for Erin.

We were only able to spend a short time together and in that time…to say impactful…doesn’t do it justice.

In one weekend we practiced together, we sang together, we shared yoga together. She taught me how to plant basil correctly (that’s a big one). She shared her practice with me, she let me inside her life and into her home. We cooked together. She gave of her time and wisdom.
She showed me what it looks like to live…to truly live…freely and fearlessly.

AND

To just fu***ng go for it.

She ultimately gave me the gift of inspiration. She made me want to live better, to do better, to be better. She inspired me and I envied her.

I loved her.

I miss her.

Please help me in honoring her. She dreamed of opening a Shala. Let us make it so.

Maha Samadhi Love. You live on…through me…and through so many others.

Oh so long ago! I’m not sure if many Veterans say this….I loved Basic Training. 🙌🏼

There wasn’t a single day (outside of the gas chamber…because WTF…) that I didn’t enjoy my time at Fort Jackson. We got our asses handed to us regularly…it was tough…AND it was awesome.

Happy Veterans Day to all my peeps…I miss you all!

🐕 💨 Skynyrd may have posted the fastest time for today in the 100yd Dash coming in hot at 6.050 seconds (33mph) during the CAT & Fast CAT event today. We graced the Fun Run Category. Not sure if his time will stand all weekend. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 There are some seriously fast dogs out there. I do know the photographer was out. Maybe we’ll get a great image of my boi at lightening speed. 💨 Stay tuned.
