We’re rolling into a brand new month with a few exciting changes starting September 1st:

🪑 Chair Yoga is BACK on Wednesdays! An inclusive, supportive class for all bodies.
🌼 Kids Mini Mindfulness Yoga returns Wednesdays too, giving our little ones tools for calm, focus, and fun.
🔥 Saturday mornings just got a glow-up! Hot Yoga Sculpt is here, your favorite hot yoga with small weights added for toning + strength.

The rest of our schedule remains the same (because we know you love your favorites 💕).

We can’t wait to flow, sweat, and breathe with you this September. Let’s make it a month of movement + mindfulness together. 🧘‍♀️💪
