The Wellness Center

We are a premier fitness and rehabilitation facility in the Grant County area. Get back on your feet with the help of our Physical and Occupational Therapists.

Meet all of your fitness goals through group exercise or personal coaching with our instructors and staff. Members have access to a wide variety of exercise equipment. Machine weights are available while we also have an assortment of free weight racks to accomidate those with more experience. Our 150m indoor track is great for walking or running in addition to our cardio equipment including treadmills, elipticals, bikes, and stair-steppers. We are now offering Silver Sneakers gym memberships! The Silver Sneakers Basic membership allows clients to use all of our weights and machines or track at anytime during Wellness hours. With the Premium Silver Sneakers membership, come and go as you please and have full access to both the track and all of our weight and cardio machines. Getting started can be hard and staying with it can be harder. Attending an exercise class can be a fun and energizing way to achieve your goals. Join one of our classes to get the motivation you need to reach your health and fitness goals. A Personal Coach will work side-by-side to help you accomplish all of your fitness goals. They will design custom workouts that will tailor directly to your specific objectives and be by your side the whole way. Let them help you lose weight, build muscle, or just maintain a healthy lifestyle. Physical Therapy is one of the best ways to get back on your feet and regain independence. Our staff can help you rebuild the strength you need to get back to a healthy and active life by creating individualized plans that will target your specific needs and goals.
