With heavy hearts we are announcing our closing. Kathleen Smothers, the owner of Marion Wellness and Disease Management, PLLC has made the difficult decision to retire from practicing medicine and Marion Wellness will be closing its doors.

The last day that we will see patients in the office is Friday August 9th 2024. We will continue to provide medical care for you prior to this closing date. A letter has been sent out to all active patients with more details. Please call the office (828-652-8196) for information about obtaining your records, refills and other medical needs prior to August 9th 2024. Your continued health is a priority and it is important that you establish contact with a new primary care provider as soon as possible.
