Kristen, our B.E.S.T. Ambassador, is kind, compassionate, and consistently supportive. She serves as the “big sister” of the building. Being a big sister is not about age but rather it’s about presence, character, and how someone shows up for others every day. Kristen wears these shoes because she is someone people naturally turn to because they feel safe, supported, and understood. As the “big sister” she looks out for others, steps in when help is needed, and offers guidance without judgment. She notices when someone is struggling, celebrates others’ successes, and helps lift people up when they’re having a hard day.
As our chosen ambassador it means leading by example—modeling the right attitude, work ethic, and compassion. A "big sister" holds others accountable but does it with kindness and respect. She creates a sense of belonging, where staff feel like they’re part of a team, not just coming to work. Kristen brings a warm, loving energy that makes people smile and feel valued. Through her example and her consistent expectations, she encourages others to be their best and helps foster excellence in customer service.
Help us welcome Kristen as the leader of our new B.E.S.T. program, where being the best means bringing compassion to every interaction, holding ourselves accountable to the highest standards, supporting one another as a team, and creating meaningful experiences for those we serve every day. Being the best at Wesleyan—brings Beyond Excellence, Satisfaction, and Trust to everything we do.
