For Pete’s Sakes…( it’s a love/hate relationship honestly…. I’ll Go back)

Why do I continue to race this vicious trail🤣🤣. Winterrock 25K… 6th time… fastest time was back in 2015 at the young age of 33, but I managed my 2nd fastest time 11 years later with 3:10.

Weightlifting the past 18 months has helped my little legs to become stronger to tackle the hills you’ll see in the elevation chart below🏋️.

1st place Female /19th overall out of 62 Men and Women.

My only goal with sharing my race results is that I’ll inspire at least 1 person to find an activity they love and stick with❤️❤️ Weights, walking, swimming, dancing, etc….

Just a heads up Diamond C Fitness Members:

The Crofoot Chiropractic parking spaces will be under construction Monday and Tuesday Jan 5th and 6th so please park on the Eastside Only!!

Dr. Kodi will be contacting patients and will be letting them in the front door these 2 days.

Pay attention and don’t be “A Karen” and let this happen!🤣🤣.
