Guatemala Recap Day 4 (Dedication Day):
This was our final day of building. We were patting ourselves on the back because at this point, we were set to finish construction a WHOLE DAY EARLY! Interior walls went up, electrical wires were ran, and we added the finishing touches from there. By this day, more and more local children had shown up on site. Whether it was to lend a hand, to play with the guys, or to simply just watch, their presence on site was a joy. ❤️ Emotions were flowing during the dedication ceremony, and the feeling of gratitude radiating from the sponsored family was immeasurable. With the donations from our fundraiser, we were also able to gift them a bed and an EcoFilter for clean drinking water. We were also able to bless the local staff and missionary who cared for us during our time there. We ended the day feeling accomplished, grateful, and blessed to have been the hands and feet of the Lord. 🙏🏽✝️
