When tracking baby's movement in pregnancy.

I advise my mamas to tune in to when and how their babies move and while this may slow at the end of pregnancy, their babies should follow similar trends up til birth.

If you perceive a drastic reduction in what is normal for you and baby its ok to check on baby to make sure he's doing OK.
