Vacation notices have been mailed to your address of record. If you have not received your notice by Friday, 04/10/2026, please contact the Fund office at 618-998-1300. Notices must be postmarked no later than 04/17/26 for a check to be issued. Please be sure to mark your choice of YES (to receive a check) or NO (to rollover funds), sign, and return it to the Fund office. Unsigned forms will be returned for signature and could result in checks not being issued. Members must sign the forms personally. Signatures are audited against existing records. Forms can be MAILED to PO Box 40, Carterville, IL 62918, FAXED to (618)997-9063, or EMAILED to conniegeorge@silehw.org. We have a secure drop box outside the Fund Office for your convenience. Checks will be issued no later than the 7th business day of May. Thank you for your cooperation and participation in the Southern and Central Illinois Laborers Vacation Fund.

In accordance with IRS regulations, Form 1095-B and/or Form 1095-C for the 2025 tax year (filed in 2026) will not be automatically mailed to covered individuals. A copy of your Form 1095 is available upon request. To request a copy, please contact us at (618) 998-1300, or mail your request to PO Box 40, Carterville, IL 62918. Your form will be provided within 30 days of your request.

Laborers' Union Local 773 Union Meeting

The processing period for the semiannual distribution of Southern and Central Illinois Laborers’ Vacation Fund is now closed. Any requests for distribution after 12/15/2025 will have to be made in the form of a formal appeal to the Joint Board of Trustees to consider at the 02/18/2026 Quarterly Board Meeting. If you have questions about the appeals process, please contact Connie at (618)998-1300.

Please join the SILEHW Fund Office in honoring the memory and celebrating the life of Zachary Treece, son of our union sister and SILEHW Assistant Administrator, Connie Meadows. The Fund Office will be collecting donated pet supply items (i.e., dry or canned food, treats, toys, or cat litter) to be donated to Pets Are Worth Saving (PAWS) in Anna. Financial Contributions (no cash, please) may be made in Zac’s honor as well, with checks payable to PAWS. Donations may be dropped off at the Fund Office Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 3:30 pm and 8 am to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, commencing December 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Zac had a special heart for animals. Please help us to honor his memory.

Vacation checks have been mailed to your address of record if you submitted a signed request letter to the Fund Office. Those Members who have made advance arrangements with Connie Meadows to personally pick up checks may do so during normal business hours commencing Friday, November 7, 2025. If you have not received your check by Monday, 11/24/2025, please contact the Fund office at 618-998-1300. Replacement checks will not be generated until after that date.
