Weekly schedule for Jan 20-25. Peep the new class on Tuesday with Destini. Ashley is mixing it up on Sat morning with a Heated Fit Flow. Thomas will be making a guest appearance as the instructor for the Monday class and Jamie will be ready to guide you through a peaceful Wed to get you through the rest of your week. Its a great line-up.
