Good morning and happy Saturday!

Just reposting my office policies, and upcoming hours. Unfortunately, I have had quite a few last minute cancellations & missed appointments. With little to no notice, I cannot fill these spots. It negatively affects my income & ability to see people who are on my cancellation list.

Moving forward, I am enforcing my 24-48 hour cancellation policy of charging in full for missed appointments or last minute cancellations. I hate to do it, but I have over 15 people on a waiting list to get in. If I don’t have enough notice I cannot fill the spots. I’m fully booked for June and July, so there really isn’t any wiggle room in the schedule.

Of course, emergencies and illnesses are exempt from this policy, as I understand completely that things happen and come up unexpectedly.

I am fully booked for the next 8 weeks. My summer hours begin the week of 6/23. If you are hoping to be seen in August, I strongly recommend scheduling now as it’s filling up quickly.

I am not currently taking on any new clients.

I am incredibly grateful to be so booked. Thank you for choosing me to be your massage therapist.
