About Us:
Arkansas Community Based Services is a licensed home and community-based health agency providing Private Duty Nursing (PDN), certified aide support, and newborn weight checks across Arkansas. We serve Medicaid, Veterans Assistance, and self-pay patients with a focus on underserved communities.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Volunteer Marketing Intern to help us grow our presence in the community, expand partnerships, and increase awareness of our services. This role is ideal for students or aspiring professionals in marketing, public health, healthcare administration, communications, or nonprofit management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in promoting services including Private Duty Nursing, in-home newborn weight checks, and aide services
-Create flyers, social media content, and outreach materials
-Help organize or attend local community events or health fairs
-Contact local clinics, schools, and organizations for partnership opportunities
-Help track outreach efforts using spreadsheets or free CRM tools
-Collaborate with the Executive Director on community engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commitment:
Flexible hours. Must be able to commit for at least 8–10 weeks. This is an unpaid position but may qualify for community service or academic credit.
