Position: Office Assistant
Location: 128 Block Street, Marion, AR
Employment Type: Part time

Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner

-Answer and route phone calls; manage emails and correspondence

-Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (electronic and paper)

-Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

-Handle basic billing, data entry, and document preparation

-Support management and care staff with administrative tasks as needed

-Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is tidy and professional

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

Prior administrative or office experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality
