✨✨ Hello wonderful humans! I come to you with an important update here at Sarah Tiago Massage Therapy. Beginning November 1st, 2025, tipping will no longer be a part of my business model. I have been thinking about this type of change for a very long time and decided it was time to make the switch. Service increases will be implemented November 1st, 2025. ✨✨

Rates are as followed:
30 minute $60 (no change)
60 minute $140
90 minute $180
120 minute $250

75 cupping $165
105 cupping $205

I understand if any changes need to be made to future appointments. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Ciao! My name is Elaina and I am incredibly excited to get started here at Sarah Tiago Massage!

Throughout my life, movement has always been an integral piece to my happiness. Whether it’s dancing, playing rugby or lifting weights, I feel my best when I’m moving my body! I have been a certified personal trainer since 2022 and have found so much joy in helping people gain strength and confidence in their body.

I’ve always been fascinated by human movement and the adaptability of our bodies and minds. Massage therapy has allowed me to lean into that fascination and deepen my understanding of how we work! Restoration and recovery are an essential piece in successful movement. I love the puzzle that massage therapy lays out and being able to play a role in your healing! Let’s get you moving with ease!
