What a night! Summit Pointe was buzzing with spooky spirit as our neighborhood came alive with costumed kiddos, glowing pumpkins, and candy galore.

Our community art show was spectacular, with tenants proudly sharing their creative masterpieces across every medium imaginable. The room was bursting with color, texture, and heart!

A day of Nostalgia and Homegrown Heroics!
Tenants gathered for a showing of "The Final Season" a film that hits close to home, based in Norway, Iowa. The film celebrates the spirit of small town baseball. The the real grand slam? Coach Kent Stock, the man behind the movie's inspiring story, joined us in person to share behind-the scenes insights and heartfelt reflections.
Thank you, Kent, for brining your story to Summit and reminding us that sometimes, the final season is just the beginning .

Milkshakes!
Once upon a time in 1885, a "milkshake" wasn't the sweet treat we know and love-it was basically whiskey eggnog for grown-ups. YEP! tenants learned a little history about milkshakes and how they were once used as a diner drink started as a hangover cure with a kick!..And while milkshakes may have had a wild past (hello, whiskey eggnog beginnings!), Summit Pointe tenants kept it classic-with whipped cream, cherry on top, and smiles all around!
