Hello, Rocket Families!
We are very proud to share that consent forms are not needed for over-the-counter medications for our students. Through a partnership with Crittenden Community Hospital, OTC medications are permitted to be administered when part of a standing order or protocols signed by a medical practitioner, which the school district has arranged. This does not apply to students who take OTC meds daily as prescribed by a physician. Those will still require a form.
