Kidz at Play Therapy

Kidz at Play Therapy We specialize in occupational, physical, speech, & recreational therapy. Kidz at Play Therapy began as a dream many years ago.

We began by serving families through the Early Intervention Program (in-home services for infants and toddlers birth to 3). During this time, we have discovered the need of therapy for those beyond the age of 3. We were so blessed to have the opportunity to begin a new journey in Spring 2015 by opening a pediatric outpatient clinic. God has blessed us to expand and grow over the past 6 years. We currently have occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as recreational therapy and dietitian services. We currently serve birth to early adulthood in clinic, community, home (EI) in all disciplines, as well as school-based OT. We hope to grow stronger communities by meeting the needs of underserved populations in rural areas. We pray that God will guide us as therapists to work with families of children and young adults to make a positive impact on their future.

We would like to express our most sincere appreciation for each person that contributed with purchases, monetary donations, time, and most importantly prayer and a heart for community. The toy drive initiated by Kelly Barker and shared with fellow therapist has overwhelmed and humbled us all. In times of disaster and what can look like despair, your heart has to be moved to see the strength of our Appalachian roots shining through. They shared with me that through your abundance of giving- children in multiple states will benefit. Kidz at Play thanks each of you from the bottom of our hearts. We love and are so very blessed to get to serve and grow alongside the families of our region and thank you for letting us be a part of this opportunity to serve .
