If you would like to drop them off at the gym, we will get them to her!

“One of our sober living houses caught fire today. Sadly, we have 8 guys who have lost everything. The good news is that everyone made it out safely and no one was injured."

If anyone would like to help with donations, sizes are:

Shoe sizes range from 9.5- 11 and 13 wide
Pants sizes 36x32, 30x32, 32x32 36x36, 36x30, 32x30
Shirts are large and XL
And boxers/ briefs are large.

Our CrossFit Open in-house competition has officially wrapped up, and we’re thrilled to announce that The Sleepy Dragons 💤🔥 from the 5 AM class have claimed victory! Their dedication, teamwork, and early-morning grind paid off in a big way. 💪💙

A huge shoutout to everyone who participated, judged, and brought the energy week after week. The Open is always more fun when our community shows up and supports one another. Until next year… keep crushing it! 🙌👏
