What to Expect During a Medical Massage Session

First Visit:

1️⃣ Brief Consultation
We’ll discuss your symptoms, pain patterns, medical history, and goals.

2️⃣ Assessment
I may evaluate posture, range of motion, or areas of tension to identify the root cause.

3️⃣ Targeted Treatment
Instead of a full-body routine, I focus on the specific muscles contributing to your pain.

4️⃣ Communication
Medical massage may be deeper and more focused. I’ll adjust pressure as needed to keep it therapeutic but effective.

After Your Session:

✔️ You may feel immediate relief
✔️ Mild soreness is normal (similar to a workout)
✔️ Increased mobility and decreased tension
✔️ Improved posture awareness

Consistency is key for chronic pain — treatment plans may be recommended based on your condition.

Update:

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment
• No-shows

will be charged 100% of the service price.

When you book, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I still travel to the massage building and prepare the room for your session. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows take appointment times away from other clients and result in lost income.

Payment for missed or late-canceled appointments must be made via Cash App, Venmo, cash, or check. Payment is required before scheduling another appointment.

I understand that emergencies do happen and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
