We've been talking about red light lately.
Because we want to help you learn and make changes in your daily life to increase your health.
We were designed to be part of the natural environment, and as part of that, certain laws of the body apply.
To nourish our bodies.
To move our bodies.
To rest our bodies.
And to keep our bodies clean, both inside and out.
But even more than these, the type of light we are exposed to might have even greater health implications. We were created to live much differently with our environments than our modern habits support.
What can you do today?
Get outside. Watch the sunrise and sunset, both emit red light that triggers beneficial chemical releases in the body.
Wear blue light blocker glasses when using devices that emit these wavelengths. Blue light can increase blood sugar and insulin levels, decrease melanin production, and affect a host of other chemical processes in the body.
Use an EMF shielding device on your phone, don't carry a phone in a pocket or near your body. Get an EMF meter and check for yourself the exposure levels you have from phones, tablets, smart meters, wifi routers, and all the other devices in your office, school, or home.
Change your light bulbs to incandescent. Buy online. Ditch the LED. Have you really saved any money on energy bills by using them? Think that was their main purpose?
Below is some info about light and it's effects. Living as created is the best way to go. Using options that can help overcome deficits while we get back to a more natural lifestyle is a good option to have.
