Turning off lights, reducing waste, and enjoying nature with friends all help care for the world we share. Every little step matters, and it feels good to be part of something bigger. Advance care planning means deciding what kind of medical care you would want if you could not speak for yourself. This can include a living will and choosing someone you trust to make decisions for you.

Having these plans in place can give both you and your loved ones peace of mind. It also helps your loved ones and care team understand your wishes.
