Have to share this from Kristen Nicole, who just helped the last group with me. It is POWERFUL, and truly shows what is possible when our bodies are given the right tools. If you’re interested in taking a look at this program, comment “RESET” below.

“One last testimonial from me, and this one takes the cake. It deeply personal to me so it will be long, bear with me. And yes, he gave me full permission to share.

If you have been doubting what this program has done for your body metabolically behind the scenes - stick around! (Pics to back up the science attached)

Any who knows me personally on here, knows that my husband is a Type 1 Diabetic and that it is something I rigorously study and work to help him with. If you are unfamiliar with Type 1 Diabetes, it is often known as juvenile diabetes, and at its simplest means his body can not produce insulin. He has been insulin dependent for over 30 years regardless of his health and diet. This disease and his insulin dependence has caused major health complications that have deeply disrupted our lives.

This has been his experience on the 7 day reset.

We were initially unsure how the Reset would go. To be cautious, we kept the fasting window flexible—setting a goal of 12 hours and allowing it to extend to 14 if everything went well. He ended up successfully completing the full 14-16 hour fasting windows and followed all the other reset guidelines throughout the day.

Typically, he receives a basal rate of insulin throughout the day—essentially a continuous microdose—and only needs additional insulin to cover carbohydrates during meals. For individuals with type 1 diabetes, the target is to spend about 60–65% of the day within a healthy glucose range. The first day, he spent 86% of the day in range, with an average glucose level of 150.

Even more encouraging, we reviewed his insulin delivery report and found that there were over 10 instances where his insulin pump paused his basal rate for extended periods. This indicates his body required less insulin for maintenance throughout the day—an amazing sign of improved metabolic balance.

And the best part? This continued throughout the week. We had an average weekly percentage in range of over 80%. He even had a full day at 100% in range. There were days when he was recieving LESS THAN HALF the amount of insulin he was regularly getting prior to this reset - previously 24+ units a day, we clocked a few days at less than 12, and even less than 10.

That kind of response says everything. We have the benefit of seeing what’s happening beneath the surface because of his glucose monitors and pumps. You all deserve to see it too.

[For those really looking at the details of these pictures I want to mention that that last photo includes his previous ranges. It also includes the week prior to the reset when he began using the products from the daily essentials regularly. You will see an improvement from using the products alone, and a huge jump during the reset.]

THIS STUFF IS POWERFUL. 💥”

I now have the ability to do a simple DNA profile via cheek swab to give folks a more accurate description of what foods and types of movement are best for them based on DNA! Comment “DNA” below if interested.
