Join us for Ecstatic Dance at Studio M Yoga!!! Ecstatic Dance is a freeform conscious dance event with music mixed by DJs or anyone who’d liked to share the favorite dance tunes to create a transformational journey through sound and rhythm. The 2nd & 4th Thursday evening of each month at 7:15-8:45 ish pm

Mariposa Ecstatic Dance Guidelines 1. Ecstatic Dance is a freeform conscious dance. No verbal guidance is given during the dance. Allow yourself to move freely throughout the space, guided by the rhythms of the music. There is no steps to follow but your own. 2. This is a safe space, where judgements are left at the door. We respect all who enter our space so that they feel safe to move however they feel comfortable. 3. Silence is strongly encouraged on the dance floor. Making sounds is welcome, conversations are not. Please take any conversation outside the space. 4. Solo dancing and partner dancing is welcome. We respect one another’s dance space. 5. This is an alcohol free event. Be yourself as much as possible! 6. Barefoot/Sock dancing is encouraged (unless a medical condition prohibits this). 7. No cameras or video. We want to respect the safe space.
