Spectrum’s RLT of the month for the Marksville office is Areanna Bordelon. She has been with SPT for nearly 2 years. She loves “being able to watch the progress my clients make, big or little, and being able to be apart of something so meaningful”. Outside of work she likes spending time with her dog, family and her friends. Congrats Areanna!!

Congratulation to Payton Hudson, our Lafayette RLT of the month!
After graduating from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in 2024 with a Bachelors in Psychology, Payton moved to Lafayette, La. Since she started working at Spectrum Pediatric Therapies in June of 2024, she has completely fallen in love with ABA therapy. “I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to work with these children and help them learn to navigate this world in their own, unique way.”
Payton is currently working towards her Masters in Educational Psychology with a concentration in ABA therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time with her mini Dachshunds, Shiloh and Miller. She states that she is so thankful for all the people and clients she has met through SPT and everything they have taught her! Interesting fact: her sister is also an RLT at SPT!

We are proud to acknowledge Natoj Johnson as our RLT of the month at our Lafayette office. With a year of dedication to our SPT kiddos, Natoj said "As a Registered Line Technician, it is truly an honor to facilitate observable growth through pairing and intervention". Natoj is also furthering his career as a BCBA while working with us. Congratulations to Natoj!

SPT Marksville is happy to recognize Danielle Rico as our RLT of the month!!

Danielle has been with SPT for almost a year and a half, and she describes it as one of the most rewarding experiences. She loves building strong bonds with her clients and watching them learn and develop new skills. Being part of their growth and progress means so much to her. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and kids. She loves being at home with her family, but she’s always up for a fun shopping trip too!

SPT Lafayette is pleased to announce Madison Wilson as our RLT of the month. She has been a valued member of our team for nearly two years. Madison is a Lafayette native. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her fiancée and family, as well as hosting game nights with friends. Her hobbies include reading, running, and baking.
