Last night we noticed Belle’s eye was super swollen. Not sure if she got stung by a bee or what, but I used two applications of helichrysum touch mixed with a drop of lavender (over a span of a few hours) and the swelling went down significantly!

Grateful to have these gifts of the earth in our home. 🙏🏼

Mark your calendar! 📅 Our Reclaim Your Health event was such a hit, but there was only so much we could cover! Dr. Watts is offering a follow up call on “Detox Tips” on Monday, June 10th at 8 pm EST. This is free and open to all!

The after sun spray is a great way to moisturize your skin any time - it might be labeled “after sun” spray, and it’s absolutely phenom if you’ve spent too much time in the sun without enough sunscreen application, but don’t let the name fool ya!

Not all sunscreens are made equally, most of what’s available in stores or online is more harmful for skin and internal organs than getting too much sun. Make sure you’re choosing a clean, reef safe brand like doTERRA!

Save the date! 📅 I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be hosting Dr. Vohn Watts for a RECLAIM YOUR HEALTH event on May 3rd, 2024 at St. Luke’s church in Hudson MA!

Dr. Vohn Watts is dōTERRA’s VP of Product Engagement, and also practices Functional Medicine and traditional Chiropractic care. As a Functional Medicine practitioner; he works with people who suffer from hypothyroidism, type II diabetes, acid reflux, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, weight loss, and GI problems.

Dr. Vohn Watts D.C. is a national board certified Chiropractic Physician in Missouri . While serving in the Marine Corps, Dr. Watts suffered a broken neck and thought he would have to deal with neck pain for the rest of his life. As a chiropractic patient, Dr. Watts lives pain free. Dr. Vohn Watts knows firsthand how Chiropractic can improve the quality of life for people of all walks of life.

Dr. Watts graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelors degree and achieved his doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS.
