Since the start of the pandemic, I have found it extremely difficult to start working out consistently. I’ve had some weeks where I have felt more inclined to get active than others. Different anxieties from my past relationship with my eating disorders and body dysmorphic struggles have come and gone. What I really needed was a kickstart. I have always been so weary of other non-invasive or invasive body modification procedures and options. When I was recommended Emsculpt Neo by friends who loved it, I wanted to give it a try. Essentially, it is a high intensity electromagnetic energy that causes your muscles to contract and build muscle fiber, tone you up, and make you feel strong. I am a couple sessions in and I am truly feeling a difference in my strength. I am more inclined to get active, eat clean and keep it up as well. Regardless of your reason, I think it’s a pretty incredible investment in your wellness and I’m loving it so far! ✨🙌🏼
