Milena has a master's degree in telecom engineering and worked in the field for a decade before changing directions to become a math teacher. As a teacher, she loved working with the different ages of students, grades 5 through 9, and connecting with them by building a trusted relationship so they could learn at their highest potential.

Milena has personal experience using Havening while working on some traumatic experiences, which made her a strong believer in it, and she went to study to become a havening practitioner because she wants to help others.

Milena is passionate about helping people by using Havening, whether dealing with trauma, stress, life changes, or working toward new achievements. She takes joy in helping others to heal mind and body as a whole so they can create a life they love.
