Rayon is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). In his 16 years of experience in the mental health field, he has supported individuals in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, residential programs, emergency services, and inpatient facilities. He uses a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Rayon believes in equitable access to resources and opportunities for all. "I focus on empowering others through empathy, active listening, and by connecting them to the support they need."

Leah has been working in the field of social work for the past 13 years. She has worked with teenagers, adults, and families experiencing trauma, substance use disorder, anxiety, and depression. Leah is extremely passionate about building strong connections to help a person navigate through their journey of healing.

Leah is part of the LGBTQIA+ community and has experience working with individuals who identify as part of this community.
