One of the gifts of recovery is getting our time and life back.

When we were in addiction, everything revolved around the next drink or drug. The simple, healthy things got pushed aside.

Now we get to enjoy moments like ice skating, being present, laughing, and actually living.

Recovery isn’t just about what we stop doing.It’s about what we start doing again.
