As we conclude Week 4 of Substance Use Disorder Treatment Month, the Addiction Referral Center is proud to stand with SAMHSA in recognizing the power of peer-to-peer support.
Recovery is a journey — not a destination. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but it is a true sign of strength. No one has to do this alone.
At the ARC, we help individuals and families navigate next steps by offering peer support, referrals to treatment, and connection to wrap-around resources — meeting people where they are, without judgment.

Recovery from substance use disorder is strengthened by wraparound services—the supports that help people overcome everyday barriers to care. Safe and supportive environments, transportation, housing, employment support, and legal resources all play a critical role in long-term recovery.
During Substance Use Disorder Treatment Month, SAMHSA is highlighting how wraparound services complement and strengthen treatment. At the Addiction Referral Center (ARC), we provide referrals to treatment and supportive wraparound services, including transportation to treatment facilities and sober housing rental assistance, helping individuals and families find the path that works for them.
