Meet Joe 👋

Joe has always been physically active.

He is a competitive ski racer and has been for over 30 years.
He is an avid mountain biker.
Movement has always been part of his life.

But as Joe puts it,

🥺 Holly Was Stuck...But Today She Is In A Totally Different Place! 😃

Meet Holly 👋

Before Pinnacle Fitness, Holly felt stuck.

"I was Diagnosed With Osteoporosis, and the Weight Bearing Exercise I had No Idea About!"

Meet Nina👋

Before Pinnacle Fitness, Nina always considered herself active and fit.

She never struggled with her weight.
She practiced yoga.
She cycled.
She had gym memberships.
She loved aerobic classes and boot camps.

Movement was part of her lifestyle.

Then everything changed.

On what she describes as a very easy four mile run, around mile three, Nina felt something awful in her hip.

It turned out to be a stress fracture.

About a year later, she received another diagnosis that shifted everything.

Osteoporosis.

Her doctor recommended starting a pharmaceutical, but Nina wanted to fully understand her options first. She did her own research to learn the key steps for managing osteoporosis before going straight to medication.

😩 Joe Had Debilitating Back Pain Until...

Meet Joe 👋

Before Pinnacle Fitness, Joe says it best himself.
“I was a complete train wreck.”

For over 20 years, Joe commuted into the city on the Mass Pike. Long days. Long drives. Sitting in meetings. Sitting at a computer.

💪 Kate Is No Longer Scheduled For Knee Surgery!

Meet Kate👋

Kate was heading straight toward knee surgery.

Her doctors told her it was the only next step.
She had already gone through multiple rounds of physical therapy.
The surgery was being scheduled.

Then things got worse.

She suffered a shoulder injury.

That was the moment Kate realized something was seriously wrong. Her body was getting weaker, not stronger. She did not even feel confident going into surgery in the condition she was in.

She knew she had to get stronger first.

So she asked her physical therapist where she should go.

His answer was simple.

At first, Kate was understandably hesitant about working with a personal trainer. She had worked with trainers in the past and unfortunately, one of those experiences was what led to the knee injury she was now being told needed surgery.

👉 "As a Busy Physician, and Mom of Twins, I Really Believed I Didn't Have The Time, Until..."

Meet Deepthi👋

Before Pinnacle Fitness, Deepthi describes herself in very honest terms.
“Morbidly obese.”

She struggled to take the stairs.
She would get short of breath easily.
She could not run and play with her children.
And by the end of the day, she was completely exhausted.

Deepthi is a busy physician and a mom of twins. For years, she truly believed she did not have the time for physical activity.

Determined to understand obesity more deeply, she became Board Certified in Obesity Medicine. Not just for her patients, but for herself as well.

During her studies, she became curious about resistance training.

So she and her husband went out and bought everything they needed to set up a home gym.

But as Deepthi puts it,
