The team at Vision Associates is looking forward to resuming our services, which allow us to improve lives by improving vision. We are taking many measures to maximize the health and safety of our team members, patients, and community.

Our office is opening on May 18th, 2020 in a more limited capacity. We are now booking appointments and prioritizing patients previously scheduled for the last two months. Please leave a voicemail message at (508) 481-4900, and we will contact you to set-up your appointment. We continue to take contact lens orders through both voicemail and email (info@vamarlboro.com). Many optical services will be performed without entrance to the building, if possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through the changes to our policies and procedures.

We are closely following the guidance and expertise of the Centers for Disease Control and Infection (CDC), the Massachusetts Society of Optometry (MSO), and the American Optometric Association (AOA). To enter our building, you must wear a mask and remove gloves. We will sanitize your hands. Please note that guests or family members of scheduled patients and optical customers are asked to remain in their vehicles to further our safety efforts. We will allow only one parent/guardian per child inside the practice.

If you are in need of contact lenses, please call our regular number, (508) 481-4900 and leave a message. At this time, we are shipping contact lenses to patients free of charge. If you have an eyeglass issue or would like to schedule/reschedule an appointment, please leave us a message and we will return your call. You can also email us at info@vamarlboro.com.

Dear Patients,

As a member of your local community, we care deeply about the health and well being of our patients, families and our staff. The Coronavirus is presenting a unique set of challenges for all of us.

Yesterday, the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists recommended that optometrists practicing in Massachusetts close their offices until April 6th to patients seeking routine and non-urgent care. We will treat emergencies on an individual basis.We will be rescheduling all currently booked appointments until after April 6th. If you have eyeglasses or contacts that need to be picked up you can opt to have them mailed to you. Please call our office at 508-481-4900 and leave a message and we will return your call to work out the details.

If you have an ocular emergency we can be reached at 508-239-9151. Please call our regular number with any questions or concerns. We will be checking messages as well as emails regularly during this period.
