Falls Community Hospital & Clinic Our mission is to provide compassionate patient-centered care with a hometown feel. Our hospital's emergency room provides 24-hour emergency services.

Falls Community Hospital of Marlin, Texas is a nonprofit, non-tax-supported 36 bed community hospital serving the people of Falls and Robertson counties and surrounding communities. The hospital, its medical staff, and employees are committed to providing the best medical care possible to their patients. Other services available are: cardiology, podiatry, minor surgery, ear, nose & throat, psychology, chiropractic services, physical therapy, MRI, CT scans & ultrasound, laboratory services, bone density test, ER/trauma, respiratory, Adult Safety Net vaccinations, annual Medicare exams, flu shots, allergy shots, and dietary and nutrition counseling.
