The 2026 January Yoga Challenge begins on Jan 1st!!! We are so excited to get started! Each class is 20 minutes long and in video format so you can do them daily or with the pace that suits your schedule. The classes will be available through May 31!! (5 months!!)

This course is perfect for anyone looking to start the new year with a focus on mindfulness, movement and personal growth.

Yesterday we wrapped up our Saturday classes at Little Mountain Yoga Studio in Marlinton, and we’re thrilled to announce our new winter location!

🔥 Starting Saturday, Nov. 22, join us at the Green Bank Observatory (in the old touring center) for a refreshing and revitalizing Yin/Flow Yoga Class — the perfect blend of deep stretching and energizing movement.

🕤 Time: 9:30–10:45 a.m.
💲 Cost: $10

This class is perfect for beginners looking to build confidence and for experienced practitioners wanting to deepen their practice. We’ll focus on flexibility, mobility, and strength to help you feel your best all winter long.
