Join us this Thursday for some high vibes with your favorite healing tribe!

This week we will be looking at the "mother wound" which can leave us with issues of inadequacy, depression, codependency, substance misuse, & anxiety. For some, this may be trauma involving mothers and even being a mom. The mother wound is a wound with life itself. Deeply rooted beliefs that you're alone in the world or unloved, and unworthy of care. We will use the power of frequency & meditation to go inside and nurture that mother wound and the inner child who may need some love.

Please dress for the weather! (Looking at 32 ) please bring blankets or mats if you're able too. We will have 3 outside fires going as well as the stove in the yurt fired up!

Good Morning Beautiful Souls!!!

Too often we believe we are everyone's savior. Wanting to hop, skip, and jump to come to the rescue. We want to fix things, help, aide, & even guide but it's not our job to heal others. We have to let people heal themselves.

The best thing we can do is be present...

Lend your tools, space if you have it, and simply be present for those you love. Encourage growth and movement but also remember you can not do it for them. That want has to be theirs.
